Ashlee Effler
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Ashlee Effler is our Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Ashlee previously led legal matters for the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ashlee was Associate General Counsel of RGS Energy and Corporate Counsel to Mercury Solar Systems.
David Fernandez
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
David Fernandez is our Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. David was previously a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was the Head of Asset Management & Operations for the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he served as Vice President of North America Operations and Asset Management at SunEdison and its affiliate, TerraForm Power Inc. (formerly listed NYSE: TERP).
Jordan Meer
Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Investment Officer
Jordan Meer is our Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Investments Officer. Jordan was previously a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was the Head of Investing and Financial Strategy for the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Tim Seck
Senior Vice President and Head of Project Development
Tim Seck is our Senior Vice President and Head of Project Development. Tim was previously the Head of Project Development for the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was the Head of US Project Development for Avangrid Renewables (NYSE: AGR).
Pedro Garcia Hrdy
Senior Vice President and Head of Technical Operations
Pedro Garcia Hrdy is our Senior Vice President and Head of Technical Operations. Pedro was previously the Head of Technical Operations for the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he served as Head of Technical Management at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures. Earlier, he was the Senior Director of Technical Services for Terraform Power (formerly listed NYSE: TERP) and SunEdison.
Jon Yoder
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jon Yoder is our President and Chief Executive Officer and serves as a director on our board of directors. Jon was previously a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was Head of the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, a 100+ person team focused on investments in the renewable energy sector. During his career at Goldman Sachs, Jon was also Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Credit Alternatives investing team and Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (NYSE: GSBD).
Moe Hanifi
Senior Vice President and Head of Revenue and Commodities
Moe Hanifi is our Senior Vice President and Head of Revenue and Commodities. Moe was previously a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was the Head of Power Markets for the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, responsible for power sales and commodity management. Previously, Moe was Head of Renewable Power in the Commodities Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Patrick McAlpine
Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Patrick McAlpine is our Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Patrick was previously Business Unit Manager for the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
David Callen
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
David Callen is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. David was previously a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at NRG Energy Inc. (NYSE: NRG). Mr. Callen also served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of NRG Yield, Inc. (renamed Clearway Energy, Inc. in 2018 (NYSE: CWEN)) from 2015 to 2018.
Ricardo Fabre
Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Operations
Ricardo Fabre is our Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Operations. Ricardo was previously the Head of Asset Operations of the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he served as Head of Technical Operations and Director of Due Diligence at Terraform Power Inc. (formerly listed NYSE: TERP). Earlier, he served as Director of Commercial Operations at SolarCity (formerly listed NYSE: SCTY).
