Janice Case is a member of our Board of Directors. She is currently an independent director and trustee of the Thrivent Mutual Funds and sits on the Whitefish Community Foundation board. She worked at Florida Power Corporation, a subsidiary of Florida Progress Corporation, for nearly 25 years, overseeing the company’s 1.3 million residential, commercial, and industrial customers. She previously served as an independent trustee for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation. Additionally, she chaired the Cadence Network, Inc. board and served on the boards of Central Vermont Public Service Inc., Western Electricity Coordinating Council, and Aegon/Transamerica Mutual and Series Funds.
