Fiona Macdonald is a member of our Board of Directors. Prior to her retirement in 2014, Fiona served as Managing Director, Executive Compensation for Willis Towers Watson in both the US and Canada. Earlier, Fiona held various leadership positions with William Mercer, part of Marsh McLellan. She also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and the Royal Canadian Mint.
