Data Center Megawatts for the AI Era
Time to Power Is Everything
Site Identification
We evaluate land against the criteria that matter for large loads. That means proximity to substations, fiber, water, and gas routes, along with topography, environmental constraints, and parcel assemblage. A site that clears our screen is a site that can carry your load.
Entitlements & Permitting
Zoning, environmental review, and local input are where projects stall. Our development team has moved sites through each of them, and we manage the full process from zoning applications to building and grading permits.
Power Capacity & Interconnection
Capacity studies, load analysis, interconnection agreements, CAPEX contribution negotiations, and queue position management decide whether a site can support a large load. We run all of it with one goal in mind: a shorter path to power.
Site Development
We turn a permitted parcel into a buildable site. Grading, civil works, and stormwater management come first, and on-site power infrastructure follows, including substations, switchgear, and fiber connectivity.
Interconnection Experience
We’ve taken projects through PJM, CAISO, MISO, and ERCOT, and we know exactly how each one works.
Policy Navigation
We track the regulatory and permitting rules in every market we operate in, and our relationships with the agencies behind them keep projects moving.
