Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Systems Manager with strong project management capabilities and deep experience as a Salesforce Certified Level 3 Administrator. This role is responsible for collaborating with all departmental stakeholders to gather system requirements, designing a strategic System Improvement Road Map, managing implementation efforts, and ensuring all solutions meet both functional goals and budgetary constraints.
The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination between internal users and external developers, driving the success of Salesforce-related system initiatives across the organization.

As the Operations Systems Manager, you will:

Systems Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to gather business process and system requirements.

• Analyze operational inefficiencies and propose scalable, system-based solutions.

• Design and maintain a System Improvement Road Map that aligns with business goals and remains within approved budgets.

• Facilitate roadmap reviews and present progress updates to the Senior Director and other senior stakeholders.

Salesforce Administration:

• Serve as the lead Salesforce Administrator for the organization, supporting Sales Cloud and related modules.

• Configure and maintain system elements such as objects, fields, workflows, flows, reports, and dashboards.

• Manage user access, profiles, roles, and security settings.

• Monitor system health, performance, and user adoption, proactively resolving issues.

• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and audit requirements.

Project Management:

• Plan and manage system improvement projects from initiation to deployment

• Coordinate the work of external developers, defining tasks, timelines, and quality standards.

• Oversee testing (UAT), documentation, and change management processes.

• Track project progress and budgets, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions as needed.

• Provide training or documentation to support end-user adoption of new features.

Our ideal candidate will have:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) –Required

• Advanced Salesforce configuration experience (flows, permissions, custom reporting)

• Minimum 3–5 years in a Salesforce Admin or Systems Manager role

• 2+ years of experience leading projects or managing external developers/consultants

• Strong understanding of business systems, process mapping, and optimization

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)

Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification – Preferred
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) – Preferred
  • Experience working in environments with complex integrations or third-party Salesforce applications
  • Background in change management and user training
