J. William (“Bill”) Holden, III is a member of our Board of Directors. Bill is Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor at the Taffrail Group, a strategic advisory firm. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vistra Corp. (NYSE: VST). Earlier, Mr. Holden served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Genon Energy, Inc. and its predecessor, Mirant Corporation. He currently serves on the board of directors of Breakthrough Atlanta (a not-for-profit entity).
