Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for our Corporate FP&A team. This position supports the Director of FP&A on financial planning, forecasting, reporting and all other collateral financial requirements necessary to support our business. This is a highly visible position in the succession pipeline for top finance leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate across functions, help drive process improvement initiatives with accurate financial planning, analysis and reporting. As the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis you will:  

• Financial Modeling & Analysis 

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support M&A, project development, and capital structure optimization. 

• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for strategic initiatives.
  – FP&A & Business Partnering 

• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting for assigned business units. 

• Partner with operations and business leaders to provide insights on key drivers and performance metrics. 

• Strategic Projects 

• Support diligence and integration for M&A transactions. 

• Assist in preparing board presentations, investor materials, and executive-level analyses. 

• Participate in strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, cost optimization, and market entry analysis. 

• Process & Tools 

• Help improve forecasting, reporting, and data automation processes. 

• Own certain FP&A systems or tools to drive accuracy and efficiency. 

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting. 

• Strong financial modeling and Excel/PowerPoint skills;  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear insights. 

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
